Christian B. Modesti is President, Biomaxx, Inc. since April, 2013. Biomaxx is a manufacturer of heating wood pellets and other wood-based natural products with facilities in New York and Pennsylvania. He joined Biomaxx in May, 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. Chris was formerly Vice President, Business Development at Superior Energy where he was responsible for the acquisition and integration of other energy businesses. Prior to that, Chris was Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Griffith Energy, Inc. since November, 2003. Chris has a BS degree in business management and marketing from Cornell University and an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.
Ms. Michelle Mattick
Michelle is the current Corporate Controller of Quintel USA Inc. and the various related corporate entities, which report under Cirtek Holdings, a Philippines Company. Previously from 2012 to the present, Michelle has held various Senior Financial leadership and consulting roles in the small cap firm range with private local or international US divisions reporting under foreign parents including RES, Durst, and Logical Operations. From 1998 to 2010 Michelle worked in large corporate cultures with Wegmans, Xerox, Excellus, and VWR International in Vice President/Corporate Controller/Divisional Controller roles, to Vice President/General Audit/Financial Analysis and Planning roles. Michelle started her career with Deloitte in Boston and Rochester, NY, working in the manufacturing/service/retail/and healthcare segments. Michelle is also a member of the Junior Achievement Board, George Eastman Council / Rochester Philanthropy Council Boards, and previously served on the Volunteers of America Board for six years. Michelle has an MBA from the University of Rochester, and an Undergrad in Accounting & Law from Clarkson University. Michelle has also been an Adjunct Professor at U of R, teaching Auditing and speaking in several career panels on Accounting and Finance careers.
Mr. Bill Bauman
Bill began his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) after graduating from Fordham University. After five years as an external auditor, he went on to work for three Rochester based construction companies as their top financial executive for over twenty-two years. He is currently President of Willowbrook Associates, LLC - providing CFO services to companies and software support to Sage 300 CRE customers.
Mr. Jerry Walter
Jerry is Vice President of Operations and Finance for Power Management Company. Power Management Company is an industry leading energy procurement, management, sustainability and consulting company.
